I began my own health/fitness/nutrition journey in earnest in October 2015. Before that I’d exercised off and on but didn’t really watch my nutrition and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t losing weight, or losing slowly but then gaining it back. Since October 2015, I’ve lost over 20 pounds! The weight loss has been slow, but it came off and I’ve kept it off by working out and following a meal plan. I’ve worked hard, and I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far. I’ll keep getting better and better!
Research shows that if you have a workout buddy or partner–someone to keep you accountable, motivated, and cheer you on–that you’re more likely to be successful. Having a fitness coach who is someone like you, on their own fitness journey, can help you with nutrition and exercise and offer tips and tricks.
